Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your EcoFlow device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
